Comments:  The obverse die on the plate coin is in a later die state with just traces of repunching under the flag of the 1 digit. The date strength continues to weaken in this late die state, the 5 digit being very open. A die crack is clearly visible through the denticles directly below the date.

Reverse B is also in a later die state and exhibits die cracks at the tops of the letters (UNIT)ED and A(MER)ICA.
