Comments: The top loop of a previously punched 6 digit remains visible between the 8 and 6 digits in the date. The obverse die is now clashed, with the most severe clashing being visible to the upper left of the flag of the 1 digit. Additional clash marks can be found to the left of Liberty's left forearm.

The reverse die shows faint clashing between the upper left and right wheat stalks.
