Comments: The 1 digit in the date appears to be obliquely punched with the flag of the 1 being thick while the left and right bases are thin. Reverse A shows considerable doubling at the bottom of the ribbon ends and the outside wreath from 6:00 through 9:00. The Small Thin S mintmark is centered in both the horizontal and vertical directions.
