Comments: The date position is the primary diagnostic for Obverse 12. A secondary diagnostic is the top of an 8 digit visible and bisecting the lower right scroll end. There are a small amount of die lines between the right end of the scroll and the adjacent gown line to the immediate right for the scroll.

Reverse K exhibits several long die lines on the oak leaf in the lower right wreath. There are die cracks from 1:30 down to 6:00 thought some a quite faint in this die state. There is also light doubling on the lower edges of wreath leaves.
