Comments: The date placement is the primary diagnostic for Obverse 13. The date punch is positioned closer to the base and is level. The (UNI)TED is weakly hubbed and is a secondary diagnostic point.
This date position variety is difficult to locate in higher grades. The original web-book plate coin, which graded Fine, was finally upgraded in December 2006 with an AU specimen.
