Comments: The date punch is positioned low with the 1 digit nearly touching the DR 0 denticle. Obverse 2 provides two die lines in the shield as an additional diagnostic point.
Reverse C has no obvious die defects but can be diagnostic by a tilted N in ONE. The entire letter slopes right and is fairly obvious as a diagnostic point.
