Comments: Obverse 4 has similar date placement as Obverse 1; both have Denticle Ruler measurements of DR 0B1 which can cause difficulties with attributions. Please note that the date punch on Obverse 4 is higher or closer to the base than Obverse 1. Please see the comparison of Obverse 4 and Obverse 1 date positions below.

Once again, Reverse C has no obvious die defects but can be attributed by a weakly hubbed center area in the denomination and a tilted N in ONE. The entire letter slopes right and is fairly obvious as a diagnostic point.
