Comments: On Obverse 4, a misplaced digit can be seen between the right end of the scroll and the left edge of a gown fold. There are numerous small die defects on Liberty's body; all are small circular defects. One is seen on Liberty's left elbow, another is located on right breast while several are seen below the left breast.

Reverse D is predominately cracked in the left wreath, particularly at 10:00. There is a large blob type die defect on the outer wreath at 10:30.

Ahwash listed this variety as A-2, however the misplaced top loop of an 8 digit was not identified at that time.
