Comments: Obverse 13 exhibits a number of die lines and is clashed. Look for a die line above the left side of the shield. Additional die lines can be found on Liberty's upper chest and behind the pole and right arm. Reverse O is not clashed. There is a die scratch in the lower left wreath as pictured above.
