Comments: Since proof dies were utilized for business strikes, nice proof like examples of Variety 103a are available. A vertical die line is present on Obverse 3. This die line starts at a mid point between Liberty's breasts and proceeds downward to the upper thighs.

Reverse C is clashed behind DIM(E).
