Comments: The date position for this die pairing is nearly identical to that of Variety 107, the repunched date. There are no signs of repunching on this obverse while the (S)TATES is complete versus Variety 107 being broken or partial. Both Variety 107 and 118 have poorly defined 86 digits that are blob like.

On Reverse R, there are minor die cracks in the lower left and right wreath leaves.
