Comments: During the Variety 104a die state, Reverse C shows considerable weakness throughout the wreath from a potential die polishing or lapping event.
The Small S is positioned left and high aiding with diagnosing this reverse die. The Reverse C strike on the plate coin is very weak and easily a full grade lower than the obverse.
