Comments: Obverse 8 can be identified by repunching at the top of Star 8.

Die wear between (UNITE)D and the rim is the most obvious diagnostic for Reverse E. A small die crack is developing from the lower section of (U)NITED to the rim and becomes increasingly visible in later die states.
