Obverse 2 Reverse C
Obverse Diagnostic Point(s) Reverse Diagnostic Point(s)

Comments: On Obverse 2, two horizontal die lines are found above the left side of the shield. The higher of the two crosses through Liberty's gown and into her left forearm. The second die line starts at the top point of the shield and crosses through two gown folds. Reverse C features a Small Block S mintmark that is positioned left and centered in height. Reverse C can also be found paired with Obverse 7 and is listed as Variety 111. During that die pairing, the reverse die appears to have been polished and exhibits erosion of the denticles.
