Comments: Obverse 4 shows traces of die rust on Liberty's arms and lower body.
On Reverse E, several minor die lines were noted behind O(N)E. A well centered Small Filled S mintmark is evident on Reverse E. This reverse will see an additional die pairing to produce a very scarce variety.
