Comments: Reverse I die has shattered between U(NITE)D and the left wreath leaving the preliminary indication that a full retained cud is possible within a few additional strikings.

Obverse 9 exhibits a circular die cracks through the stars, date and arrows and Liberty's head. These die cracks remain visible during the F-109a die state.
