Comments: On Obverse 19, the right stem end of the left arrow and the left base of the 1 digit are vertically aligned at DR 0R. This is the only 1873 With Arrows obverse with left arrows and 1 digit alignment, therefore attribution is straightforward. The few examples seen all had poor head details.
Reverse R is weakly hubbed with D(IM)E being partial on the above mint state plate coin.
