Comments: Variety 102 is a popular repunched date variety and included in the Top 100 Varieties set. Both the 1 and 8 digits are repunched, with the repunching of the 1 digit being easiest to detect. Repunching of the 1 digit is seen above the flag and above both the left and right areas of the base. Traces of repunching can be seen at the top of the upper loop of the 8 digit. The top of the upper loop of the 2 digit is clearly broken.

Reverse B exhibits die cracks in both the left and right wreath devices.
