Comments: Two parallel die scratches above the point in the shield can be used to identify Obverse 4. This early die state of Obverse 4 exhibits several minor die cracks. The first can be found from the tip of the left arrow to the base and to the rim below Star 1. Another is seen from rim above Star 7 to top of Liberty's head, to Star 8.
