Comments: The early die state example of Obverse 5 shows initial die cracking at the base of the digits in the date and a die crack up through the left arrow to the base and then through Stars 1 to 3. The reverse is misaligned and rotated left 80 degrees. This die pair will continue to be used resulting in a late die state obverse designated as Shattered Obverse #2.
