Comments: Both Obverse 9 and Reverse I show significant die clashing. Obverse die clashing is visible to the right of Liberty's right forearm and drapery. There is a die line directly under Liberty's right breast which appears to cross into her forearm. There are traces of die chips around Stars 3, 4 and 6. On Reverse I, the die clashing is very obvious below STA(TES).
