Comments: This primary diagnostic for Obverse 13 is the date position. The date punch exhibits a DR 0C measurement and has a slight downward slope. There are faint die chips around Stars 3 through 6. There are die lines in the field and behind the pole. Look directly under Liberty's right hand to locate these die lines. There is also a die line below Liberty's right breast.
