Comments: Variety 114 is easily diagnosed through multiple die rusting spots on the obverse and reverse dies. Obverse 14 exhibits obvious die rust lumps on Liberty's right forearm while die rust can be found on the letters O(NE) and (D)IME on Reverse N. This variety was first identified by Stack's during the cataloguing of the Liberty Seated dimes in the Lemus Collection.
