Comments: This Ahwash 1 variety example is found in a late die state. The obverse exhibits a die crack starting at the rim near the foot, proceeding up through the tops of AMER(ICA) and back to the rim. A second die crack is seen from STAT(ES) to the top of Liberty's head.

The reverse die is considerably cracked. Four separate die cracks exit from the left side of the wreath to the rim.
