Comments: Obverse 17 remains in the same die state with die cracks starting from ST(ATES) through Liberty's head and across to (OF AME)RICA.

Reverse Q.2 is in a terminal die state with a large retained cud from 7:00 - 9:00. The reverse die is cracked throughout. For simplicity, I have called this reverse die state a later die state of Reverse Q. However, it is suspected that Obverse 17 was paired with a different reverse die that was already approaching its terminal die state. Until I can find an early die state of this reverse and define its previous die pairings, this terminal die state reverse will be labeled as Reverse Q.2.
