Comments: Variety 114 is difficult to locate. The Obverse 9 can be diagnosed by a date punch that is positioned medium distance from the base and has a downward slope. Look carefully at the date position with respect to the "0" denticle. Denticle Ruler measurement is DR-0L though some might see this placement as potential DR-0C. Otherwise, there are no distinctive die markers.

Reverse L presents a Medium S mintmark punch that is positioned high and left with respect to the ribbon ends.
