Comments: Kam Ahwash's A-1 variety can be identified by a diagonal die scratch starting at the top of shield line #2 and proceeding through the scroll at LI(B)ERTY and ending at the top of shield line #8. The die scratch can be easily seen within the lower loop of LI(B)ERTY. The date has been weakly hubbed on Obverse 2.
