Comments: There are several diagnostic points by which to identify Obverse 9. On early die state examples, look for a small die defect between shields lines #2 and #3 as illustrated above. During a later die state, the obverse die begins to show die crack from the cap through Star 8 and into rim.

Reverse I is heavily clashed behind DI(ME) and into lower wreath.
