Comments: Plate coin diagnostics are from early die state example in PCGS MS65 holder. For Obverse 4, the primary diagnostic is the date position. Look for a date which is level and has medium distance from the base. The Denticle Ruler measurement is listed as DR 1R but close to DR 1B2.

On Reverse D, there is multiple vertical die lines throughout the die with a distinct vertical die line into the left upright of O(N)E.
