Comments: Obverse 2 is in a late die state with significant wear on all denticles. The base of the 1 digit in the date is broken, the 9 digit is closed. Die crack from foot to rim by AMERIC(A). Die cracks from left base to rim and another connecting bottom of letters in (STATES).

Reverse C has a Medium S mintmark that is partially filled. There is a die line directly below the right oaks leaves. The DIM(E) is faintly doubled at its base. This reverse die was polished, removing the die line below the right oaks leaves and paired with Obverse 13 for more coinage.
