Comments: The date punch on Obverse 13 is positioned well left for the population of 1891-S obverse dies. There are random die lines throughout Liberty's upper and lower body. See the illustrations as the amount pesence of die lines is too large to attempt to describe. The right foot on the 1 digit in the date is obviously broken.

Reverse C has been polished prior or during the pairing with Obverse 13. The reverse die does not show the die line that was seen at the right of the right ribbon end when paired with a late die state Obverse 2. The late die state die cracks do match those seen on the plate coin for Variety 103. There is significant erosion of the denticles, loss of device element depth and severe cracking in the lower wreath and ribbon ends on the plate coin.
