Comments: Obverse 1 is found in an early die state with strike characteristics being bold for an 1875-S dime. There is a faint die crack from STATE(S) to Liberty's eye.

Reverse A is punched with a filled Micro S mintmark. It is positioned high and left between the ribbon ends. This reverse is in an advanced die state, with die cracks from the right ribbon end up through the right wreath. A significant die crack is seen from the right cord tusk up through the right wheat stock and over into the left wheat grains.
