Comments: The first S in STATES is broken on Obverse 1. A die scratch is visible in the lower shield starting at shield line 2 and proceeding downward to shield line 6. Additional diagonal die scratches are present in the base under Liberty's gown line. The obverse is starting to show die cracks between Liberty's foot and AMERIC(A).

Reverse A presents no significant diagnostics other than the mintmark position.
