Comments: Reverse I exhibits a Small S mintmark that is position left and high. The reverse die is rotated left by 50 degrees. There is considerable weakness in the denomination. On Obverse 9, there is a small defect within the area between the flag and upper loop of the 5 digit.

This is a rare rotated reverse die variety within the With Legend design group. Discovered by Dr. Michael Fey in mid 2004. During August 2005, a high grade example surfaced in the collection of James Smith. James was kind enough to provide the dime for photographs and also pointed out the defect within the 5 digit.
