Comments: Obverse 11 exhibits a misplaced lower loop of an 8 digit in the base. This extra 8 digit is located mid way between the final two 8 digits in the date. The lower loop of the 8 digit is well defined once the collector can differentiate the extra digit within the base.

Reverse I is cracked as illustrated above. The misplaced 8 digit was first identified by Chris Pilliod.
