Comments: Two extra digits are located in the denticles directly below the 18 digits in the date. The first misplaced digit appears to be the top left upper loop of an 8 digit. The second digit cannot be identified. Within the shield, an arc shaped die line intersects shield lines 7 and 8. This die line resembles the top of a digit. However, its shape does not match the top loop of the 8 digit in the date. This die defect will require more study.

Reverse F exhibits die cracks through the wreath. A die crack joins the two ribbon ends and drops to the rim. This variety was discovered by Larry Briggs.
