Comments: The top loop of (S)TATES on Obverse 3 is partial.
On Reverse C, there is minor die doubling on the outer edge of the oak leaf at 4:30. A die line can also be seen from the oak leaf to the rim. The Medium S mintmark has a partial filled upper loop and an open lower loop. A die file line is seen in the lower loop.
