Comments: A second obverse die is paired with Reverse I. Obverse 11 exhibits several die lines in the upper right shield and within the immediate gown area to the right of the shield. The (S)TATES is broken and appears to have been repaired.

On Reverse I, the key diagnostic is the die crack in the upper left wreath and the exit point to the rim at 11:30.
