Comments: Obverse 10 provides little in terms of diagnostic points. Date position is the primary diagnostic and is punched furthest left when compared to other 1887 obverse dies. Denticle Ruler meausurement is -1R though the left foot of the 1 digit is close to -1B0 intersection of these two denticles.

On later die state examples, Reverse I can be identified by a die crack from the upper left wreath to the rim at 11:30. On earlier die states, look for the Medium S mintmark with filled lower loop and tilted right.

The plate coin has about 8 degrees of reverse rotational die misalignment to the right.
