Comments: The stem of the left arrow nearly touches the 1 digit in the date. The stem of the right arrow is connected to the upper loop of the 3 digit. The right arrow is repunched above the stem. A die crack is visible from the rim to the base, then down through the left arrow and to the 1 digit. A large retained rim cud has formed and touches the top of letters (UNIT)ED. A die crack connects the letters STAT(ES OF) before exiting to the rim.
