Comments: The date punch on Obverse 13 is shifted far left with Denticle Ruler measurement of DR -1B0. Note the heavy obverse rim cudding at 3:00 and effaced denticles from 3:00 to 5:00. This die pairing typically comes well struck though most Small Dates suffer from uneven strikes of one sort of the other.

The reverse die is heavily clashed behind DIME with the die clash marks being consistent with 23 degree reverse right misalignment.
