Comments: Variety 117 is the first 1876 dime identified with a rotated reverse. The obverse die was previously unlisted and is easily diagnosed by a large blob defect above the shield. The legend is weak throughout with the (S)TATES being fully broken.

The reverse die does not exhibit any diagnostics points. However the reverse is rotated left 85 degrees.
