Comments: Obverse 6 exhibits extensive die cracks through UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, the date and portions of the base. The die is in a late die state with significant metal flow lines into all the denticles. Significant die weakness can be found in the left shield as (LI)BERTY and shield lines 1 through 4 are effaced.
