Comments: Obverse 1 is paired with a second reverse die designated Reverse B. Once again, Obverse 1 features a medium date with slight downward slope as the only diagnostics. Both the (S)TATES and (O)F are completely broken.

On Reverse B, there is a Small Block S mintmark that is centered and slightly high per the measurement grid. There is light clashing behind DIM(E).
