Comments: Date position on Obverse 18 is similar to that of Obverse 8 but slightly higher towards the base. Reverse P is well struck but is cracked and missing lower wreath and ribbon end details. The cause for the loss of reverse die details near the periphery is unknown. The mintmark is bold and appears higher than the surrounding devices.
