Comments: On Obverse 21, a die crack connects STA(TES) with Liberty's head. The Medium O mintmark on Reverse W is repunched west. Die cracks are visible on the left side of the wreath with two die cracks exiting to the rim at 10:00 and 11:30. These cracks with result in a significant die break during a later reverse die state.
