Comments: Both Obverse 11 and Reverse M are degraded during this later die state. A die crack from STAT(ES) through Liberty's head to the rim above the cap is found on the obverse. Additional die cracks are seen across the top of the letters in (OF AM)ERICA and from the rim down through the top of the letters in AME(RICA) to the toe. The extra "tail" to the 9 digit remains clear.

On Reverse M, die cracks encircle the wreath.
