Comments: There is significant rim cudding on the left side of Obverse 15. The die is severely cracked. A die crack completely encircles Obverse 15. It is most visible through the letters UNITED STATES and becomes heavy after exiting to the rim after STATE(S) and proceeds through Liberty's head into the cap and the letters OF AMERICA. Reverse Q is also degraded with an encircling die crack as illustrated above.
