Comments: During an early die state, Obverse 3 is perfect and free of die cracks. Obverse 3 is paired with Reverse D.

Reverse D is found with a Medium O mintmark that tilts right. There are die cracks in the lower wreath and ribbon ends. The most significant starts at the rim, below the left ribbon end, and proceeds through the base of the mintmark then through the right ribbon end and out to the rim below the oak left. Another die crack connects the mintmark with the left ribbon end.
