Comments: In this early die state, Obverse 3 is free of die cracks. Obverse 3 is paired with Reverse D which has a Medium O mintmark that tilts right. There are die cracks in the lower wreath on Reverse D. The most significant starts at the rim, below the left ribbon end, and proceeds through the lower section for the mintmark then through the right ribbon end and out to the rim below the oak left.
