Comments: On the lower half of Obverse 16 there is heavy rim cudding. A die crack starts at Liberty's foot then proceeds up through OF AMERICA, across the Liberty cap, across Liberty's head and into STATE(S). Obverse 16 is clashed.

Reverse R is shattered with multiple die cracks to the rim on the left side of the die. The mintmark is weakly punched. Reverse R is clashed.
